LaunchKit Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the creator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to LaunchKit Pro at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchKit Pro and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
