How does billing work?

You are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. All charges are processed securely via Stripe. You can view your invoices at any time from the billing dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then downgrades to Free automatically.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan from Settings → Billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro or Enterprise payment. After that period refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out to support and we will do our best to help.
